Craig's Will was his way of living out his fantasies of incest. Since then he has had written countless wills, issued to credulous women who were cast in his ongoing incest fantasies. He tells them all to call him, "Daddy," or "Uncle."
Franklin brought his attorney to the family home in 1998 while Melinda was gone and allowed Jacqueline Misho to rifle through her private papers, download her computer, and steal what ever took her fancy. Melinda was not aware this had taken place until many years later.
One of the items stolen was the Will which replaced this one below in 1991. It was identical except for the section, Xed out here, for repaying Sterling for a loan. At the time of the hearing on whether or not Craig had adopted the kids Melinda did not have this will, the original. She found it in a graphics book, where its back was covered with paste downs for a project.
The copy of the 1991 will Melinda found on a backup disk in 2004.
Craig committed fraud aided and abetted by his attorney, Jacqueline Misho. Melinda filed a criminal complaint in Santa Barbara in September, 2009.
