Why We Can Hold Them Accountable
John Fund and his friends made outrageous and unsupportable accusations as part of the move to help Fund avoid charges of domestic violence against my daughter, Morgan. At the time no one could believe the system was corrupt enough for them to pull it off.
Do you believe it now? Read the Justice Integrity pages relating to Karl Rove. Political power was used to destroy over six hundred 'political enemies.' But in those cases the political motives were obvious to outside parties.
With help from those holding real power, Karl Rove and Dick Cheney, Fund went after us and destroyed our reputations with lies while destroying us financially in ways which bear striking resemblance to the 'political dirty tricks' Fund carried out with and for the Bush White House.
My former husband, Craig Franklin cooperated with Fund to destroy both my daughter and myself. Now, Fund is positioning the GOP to retake Congress. They are doubtless planning to take whatever of American's wealth and rights Obama has left lying around. Obama was elected to refocus anger, muddy the water, allowing them to evade the consequences of eight years of greed and war while the stealing continued. Politics is their way of distracting us as they pick our pockets. Picture Rove and Cheney as well as mouths like Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter as the kid on the playground who says, "Why don't you two fight?" while your lunch money disappears. Fund was more of an insider than you could have imagined. He did what they wanted done, no matter how unethical. Imagine him in the military for a moment, walking into a village filled with unarmed civilians. Fund would do what he was told and, since he is a psychopath, enjoy the carnage.
Bush Group owed him. Fund's behavior was typically sociopathic. Sociopaths simulate emotions to manipulate. Everyone who knows Fund has heard him at some time whining and sobbing, begging for understanding. Rove and Cheney doubtless treated to a pity party. Using another typical strategy Fund doubtless lied to them, too. All of these are typical sociopathic behaviors.
Whether or not they gave Fund's stories credence they are all guilty of helping Fund evade charges of domestic violence. Others in the group also evidence typical sociopathic behavior. Those behaviors, in many cases, are becoming horrifying policy. Al Capone went down for tax evasion, not murder. Our case illustrates all of these issues can be used to bring them to justice.
Fund and Franklin had their reasons for shutting us up. Fund was desperate to save his career. As a sociopath he had no conscience. Franklin knew if I had the means I would get property owed to me worth millions feed appetites previously closed to him. Each man was supported by their employers and others with similar motives. Each man provided services their employer desperately needed. The profit motive
combined with power proved to be more deadly than any drug. This is true today in every part of our world. Those who use sociopaths, as the military today actively recruits them to kill, are also a problem to be solved.
Justice starts with the court of public opinion. When the light goes on and the people see things change. In that court, you
are now sitting as a member of the jury. By law and tradition the charge to all members of the jury is this, "to be the conscience of their community."

Explaining the behavior and statements of John Fund and Craig Franklin.
Over the last years we began to follow the developing information on abnormal psychology. Both men show clear and present signs of having Psychopathy. Read about the condition of Psychopathy here. It is very possible both corporate America and our government are populated with individuals who have no conscience, the defining characteristic of this condition.
I say John Fund and Craig Franklin are psychopaths. That would be libel and slander if it was not true. They could disprove this by taking a test, the Psychopathy Checklist: Screening Version (PCL:SV), theP-Scan, the Psychopathy Checklist: Youth Version (PCL:YV), and the Antisocial Process Screening Device (APSD), which is reliably proven to diagnose the condition. Let's see if they are willing to be tested. Morgan was tested for Borderline Personality Disorder. She tested clean. I'll personally take any test. Except for a touch of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, a natural outcome of the last years, I affirm I'm boringly normal.

John Fund Carried out a major campaign of dirty tricks to save his career in journalism, which was based on a fabric of falsehoods. Fund is not a journalist. He functions as a political operative. Repeated lies are evidence to suspect psychopathy as are each of the strategies below. Gaslighting - Presenting lies as truth to the individual targeted. Fund gaslighted his victims. Spinning Himself - John persuaded those he could not bully by emotional manipulation. This is typical psychopathic behavior. Fund mastered these techniques as a teenager. Coercion, intimidation and violence - Fund used threats and battery when he failed to get his way with lies and stealth. False Confessions. Sexual Promiscuity Fund kept multiple relationships going, following a cookie-cutter like pattern. His acess to power and notoriety made this possible for him. All of his contacts with women were predicated of lies. Fund solicited help from many individuals, including Dick Cheney, Karl Rove, and the White House, among others. Fund was also aided by Craig Franklin, in conspiracy by all those who aided Franklin, in destroying Morgan and her mother, Melinda. Fund has admitted he is a Bush insider, briefed by the White House, but most thought he was exaggerating. He wasn't. Psychopaths are useful to those who want to stay at a remove from the dirty work. Fund's help came in many forms. Fund followed the techniques of Clair George, who did not actively help him as far as we know. Fund seduced Leslie George, Clair's daughter, in his attempts to get access to Clair. Emails How do we know John was telling the truth about Rove, Cheney and Bush? John told Morgan who was helping him in January, 2002. Not surprisingly, she was intimidated and terrified. There is no doubt we were hit by GOP Insiders. There was no other reason for this to happen and every reason for Rove, Cheney and Bush to help Fund and so protect the valuable asset they had in Fund. Additionally, Morgan knew he was staying with Grover at the K Street office/crash pad. He made comments about the time he was spending at the White House, how much he knew through the continuous briefings he was receiving. During discovery, his movements will be documentable. False Confessions. LIES: There, John Fund said: " Some of you may have heard about accusations that I engaged in domestic violence against a woman whom I had foolishly allowed to stay at my apartment when she ran into financial and other problems and had nowhere else to go in late 2001. These accusations and many others made by that same woman over the last four years are false. " Fund also said to various individuals: LIES: "I never even knew those women." "I never dated that woman." "It was just a one night stand." (Morgan and Melinda) Fund said this to a group in Orange County, Republican Women, during a speech he gave there in September, 2001. Another statement by Fund on the identity of the 'women,' which also changed depending on his audience. LIE: "It was a woman whose mother worked at the Wall Street Journal. I never had a relationship with her. She was sent to a mental facility in Europe." This statement was circulating among his associates in Washington D. C. It was reported to Morgan by Lea Dudley. TRUTH: Duration of the relationship: Morgan's romantic relationship began at an Objectivist Conference in late October, 1998. Morgan was at the conference with her father, Craig Franklin, who adopted her and her siblings in 1989. On October 27th, 1998 Franklin was calling Morgan in her hotel room the morning to ask if she wanted to go to breakfast when John, still sleeping, answered the phone. From that time on the relationship was known to Franklin. Morgan - Was invited to New Orleans to spend time with John at the beginning of their relationship. They stayed at the See New Orleans Stub The relationship ended on February 19, 2002, when Fund battered Morgan in her 9th Avenue apartment. That is a duration of more than three and a half years, much of the time they were living together. The evidence below reflects this. Melinda called Morgan at Fund's apartment frequently while Morgan was living there with him. On 9/11 Morgan answered the phone while at the apartment, giving friends and family information about their wellbeing. On 9/11 Morgan talked to Clint Bolick, Kay Bailey Hutchinson, Grover Norquist, Morgan was handling their household buying, cleaning, and refurbishing throughout this time, not a chore taken up by someone just, "crashing on the couch for a few nights." Time Line: February 1999 - Morgan moved to NY, renting an apartment near Fund. Her then boss, Matthew Earl Jones was opening filming operations there. John began spending most of his time there. January 2000 - Fund lived with Morgan in the Rivergate, 401 E 34th St. New York, NY 10016 for 30% of the time that year. The apartment was rented by Melinda from January 2000 until January 2001. Dan Rose, a member of the Democratic Central Committee for the State of NY heard Fund there when he stayed the night in Melinda's bedroom. Curtis Sliwa, their next door neighbor is the founder of Guardian Angels and frequently saw Fund coming and going. Fund made calls to other women from the apartment. After reviewing the bills Melinda asked Morgan about some of the calls, resulting in the discovery Fund had been making them from her phone late at night to his mother and other women, one of whom was Diane Sykes. January 2001 - Morgan left NY on February 1st and returned on May 1st. She stayed with friends until July 29th, when at John Fund's urging, she moved in with him at his apartment at 250 1st St #D, Jersey City, New Jersey. January 2002 - Morgan moved to an apartment in New York at 60 9th Street, Apartment No. 414, on January 16th. John hunted her down and moved in the next day. On January 24th Fund forced Morgan to sign two "confessions." In that apartment several bizarre events also took place. These bizarre behaviors are associated with psychopathic behavior. Fund's Meltdown - A psychotic event. Fund made all these statements while living with Morgan at the apartment in Jersey City. He continued the same statements when he moved in with her after she fled to her own apartment on 9th Avenue in NY. We are now inquiring with 9/11 groups for the two security men who accompanied Fund home from the WSJ and with the building superintendent and his wife. Read here. The relationship ended only in February, 2002, a duration From Fund site: "It is true that I had a short romance in 1999 with the then-31-year-old woman in question, who now admits to having been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. I paid a steep price for that profound error in judgment. There has been no intimate relationship between us since that time, although I foolishly attempted to be on cordial terms with her in order to smooth over her wrath." Borderline Personality Disorder Fund repeatedly said Morgan had been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. He never provided any documentation, and could not have done so. Morgan was never diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. She was persuaded she had the condition by Craig Franklin. Morgan was tested for Borderline Personality Disorder by a qualified professional and was told she did not have the condition. LIE: "I deeply regret that some female friends and acquaintances of mine were harassed without mercy on account of this woman's perception of my relationship to them, well-founded or imagined. Thanks go to all the friends and loved ones who have stood by me during this ordeal. You know who you are." The facts say otherwise. Paul Gigot will be receiving an interrogatory. He saw the couple together at the WSJ while Morgan was helping Fund clean his offices. He knows Fund challenged her to break into the mail system there because, challenged, Morgan added to Gigot's email signature, "Out of the closet and proud of it." Morgan knew nothing about his personal life, she just thought it was funny. "I never asked that woman to marry me." He did, asking Melinda to host the wedding. See Emails Lie: "I never battered that woman." Fact: Two people heard her being battered, Melinda and Eric Buchanan. Each has written an affidavit. Melinda saw the injuries less than five minutes after he bolted from the apartment on 9th. "She stole my checks." "She wrote checks on my accounts." Morgan is demanding copies of the all checks written on Fund's accounts from July 2001 until February 2002. A forensics expert will be able to ascertain Morgan wrote checks for ordinary household expenses routinely using, as instructed, Fund's signature. Emails from Fund to Morgan on checks. "Morgan tried to extort money from me." "That woman is an extortionist." No. Fund did not want to pay what he owed. "Melinda tried to extort money from me." Accusations presented to the Court in New York of which Melinda heard nothing. She was never contacted by Fund or anyone else on the subject. It is untrue. Dan needed help desperately in 1985. The funding from his VC and partner, Glenn Hightower, was running out and he had no sales. Craig changed all of that for him. In 1997 Craig again aided him by leading a walk out against the same partner, making it impossible for Hightower to exercise his right to buy out Dan. Dan owes Craig big time. |
