The clear evidence Franklin is a psychopath was ignored by those who stood to profit. Craig was useful as a source of income and Dan carefully hired attorneys who told him he was not responsible if someone in his employ committed fraud, grand theft, attempted murder, rape, or other sexual crimes on the premises and using GHS stationary, email system, faxes, and the corporate expense account.

As sociopaths and psychopaths are recruited into America's military today and likely into the Intelligence Community and elsewhere, psychopaths whose inclinations fit with the mission of corporations feel no qualms when ignoring the law for their own profit. To quote Vidal Sassoon, "Hey, it was just a corporate thing."
Gosh. Guess that that tells us stupid Americans, right? Corporations should be able to decide elections but are not responsible for anything they do. Example: Before investing in the transportation system for Liquid Natural Gas the corporations involved persuaded Congress to pass law making them immune to possible damages.
Santa Barbara's Superior Court is itself corrupt, as are so many legal systems in America, and for the same reasons, which directly correlates to the growing presence of sociopaths in court as attorneys, judges, and litigants.

Dan got 97% of Green Hills Software. What Craig got in return is harder to understand, except, possibly, to other psychopaths.
Craig's first sexual arousal took place when he was sixteen while wrestling with his 12 year old sister. By Craig's own admission his sister became the type which would ever after arrest and excite his sexual desires. I began to understand this only after several years of marriage when he asked me to have plastic surgery to make me look like his sister.
The Hare Psychopathy Checklist includes the following characteristics. They were describing Craig but we will be asking for a fMRI in discovery. One of Fund, too, so he does not feel left out.
What Craig did to the children who he signed up to 'father' was also a crime. Dan knew about all of it. If you know Craig you find out he tells you everything. Certainly Dan confided in Craig. You'll read about those stories in the Letters to Dan as they come out.
Jonathan Scott Franklin, Craig's 38 year old son from his first marriage to Elaine Brown, now deceased, seemed like a nice little boy when I first met him in the early 80s. Craig talked about Scott quite a bit, relaying stories of Scott's childhood, spent, sadly being ferried back and forth between his divorced parents.
In the letter I wrote Craig last autumn Scott was one of the issues raised.
