Katie Rosman

Morgan and Melinda met with Katie Rosman in the spring or summer of 2003. She had contacted Morgan. Rosman began stalling as soon as she got the promise of exclusivity. Then the John Fund Jobs Program for Journalists kicked in and the article was canceled while Rosman started working at the Wall Street Journal.

Since Rosman is habitually 'arm candy' for Eric Alterman. This makes the probability that the Elle 'story' was always intended to get Rosman a better job. The shiny new job came in immediately after the article in Elle was canceled with Wall Street Journal, where she was then working. It was a con job, intended to provide her with more benefits by selling herself as a 'journalist.' She exemplifies exactly what is wrong with the media and why Americans no longer know the truth.the story was most probably a fix between Fund and Alterman to obtain that benefit for Rosman.

Dear Ms. Smith,

In the unlikely event that you would, or even could be sued for publishing the truth in the form of the article we agreed on; said article being an honest and truthful self proving set of facts and circumstances regarding John Fund's abuse of my daughter.

The following recitation of specific articles written and published in the cited mediums would serve to prove the facts on this matter have been previously published and cited, largely undisputed for the period of July 2001 until present day except in the few cases where Fund did exactly what he is now doing to you through his attorneys, making hollow threats to sue you, us or we jointly and severally. Such threats would in fact be felony criminal conduct since you cannot be sued for liable, slander, or defamation of character when every word you print is truthfully supported by overwhelming evidence.

We include documentation of his successful lies made to a posting site for the purpose of suppressing the truth.

The print article Connelly originally wrote to have published in Talk Magazine. This was killed by Fund’s threats. Eventually the Weasel Search article was archived. It is still available and included a tape and transcript wherein you could hear Fund admitting the abortion and the relationship.

Capital Grilling – News and posting site

Published commentary from July until sometime the next year when John was arrested. This popular insider posing site ran discussions on the relationship during the summer of 2001 then excised them entirely. However, those discussions, running over the tragedy of 9/11 are revealing and available.
